Digital Painting Reflection

I think my strongest area of work was my color composition and painting. I liked how the colors contrasted and they were separated evenly to contrast each other with the image. As i feel this is one of the best pictures i made i don't really see anything that i should change in the picture and in my opinion is a perfect design that uses color contrast in a colorful way. The easiest thing about this project was separating and coloring the photo since i already have experience carefully staying between boundaries and giving the photo a sharp look when having no outlines.
The most difficult part was deciding just how much of the photo i should section off in terms of color, or whether color should stay consistent throughout the figure. I used the pencil tool and minimized it so i can trace the picture and separate it by color. I used the selection tool to selected the parted areas then used the eyedropper tool to selected that color and used the paint bucket to fill it in. I then used the mixer brush tool to blend the colors together and finish the picture. I altered the hue and saturation for the other copies of the original picture (middle).
I demonstrated the goal by taking an original 3-D photo and making it into a digital painting by using the mixer brush and various brush pre-sets. If i could do this project again differently i would have used a more complex 3-D model like a full body person from a shooter and make them interacting with something to make it seem more like I'm painting a scene
